Instructions:

Tenacious Tape: Recognized by many as the best way to stop hotspots from becoming blisters. Significantly better than Duct Tape.

Silicone Tape. Is non-sterile, but makes an effective bandage when used to cover a sterile dressing, or can also prevent blisters on toes or fingers. As it is non-adhesive it does not irritate sensitive skin but you must wrap it around a limb or protrusion. As the ends will fuse when you overlap them, it will not come off easily like a plastic bandage does. While the manufacturers claim it is impervious to oil, while the tape itself may be, we have found that if you get the fused ends covered with copious amounts of cooking oil, they will let go. The fused ends are not affected by water or sweat.
