BNC(F)-SMA(F) Antenna Mount Adapter ($9.95)

SMA Adapter This item is primarily for backcountry cabin users where a mast antenna outside the cabin has an internal pigtail adapter to connect. These are typically BNC(M), so this adapter allows you to connect the Wouxun Radios to it. It can also be used to attach BNC Rubber duck antennas directly to the radio, but note that this also changes the wavelength of the antenna to a lower frequency because you are effectively lengthening the antenna which gives you a longer wave. If you work for Parks Canada and use the backcountry facilities, you need this.
